Nothing nurtures your soul like nature. Whenever I am feeling tired or in need of some love, I go for a walk in the forest or by one of the many creeks here in Marin County.

One of my favorite sounds in the world is the crunch of gravel and leaves under my feet. It is nature's lullaby. Somehow, I always find the answers that I'm looking for when I'm outside breathing in the fresh air and looking at what the universe has given us! ~
